The price at the time of ordering is the applicable price for the purchase.
WoodUpp reserves the right to make printing errors, price errors, VAT and tax changes as well as sold-out goods and delivery failures from our suppliers.

Please note that our online calculator is intended solely as a guide and should not be considered a precise measurement tool. It does not account for any potential wastage that may occur when cutting full-size panels to fit your desired wall size. The actual number of panels needed may vary based on how they are cut and the specific aesthetic you wish to achieve. Therefore, we recommend using the calculator as a rough estimate and suggest purchasing slightly more or less panels, depending on your project’s requirements. It is essential to understand that the calculator is meant to assist you in your planning process and is not a substitute for professional advice or judgment.

Right to cancel
WoodUpp UK reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to limit the quantity of items purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may be applicable to orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. WoodUpp UK reserves the right to cancel any order without warning or notification for any reason.
Panels and Samples
To ensure complete satisfaction, it is highly recommended that customers order a sample prior to placing an order for panels. Please be aware that the colors of the panels displayed on computer screens may vary due to differences in computer resolutions and settings. We strive to provide accurate representations of our products, but we cannot guarantee an exact color match on digital devices. Additionally, as wood is a natural product, the tonal colors and textures of the wood may differ from the sample received. All products labeled as “rustic” will exhibit the inherent characteristics of wood, such as knots, open knots, pips, cracks, splits, and medullary ray. While we make every effort to provide accurate representations, these natural variations contribute to the unique charm and character of the wood. It’s important to note that not all samples will show the true character of the wood. By ordering a sample, customers can assess the actual colors, textures, and natural characteristics of the panels before making a final decision. Please note that there may be slight variations in colour, texture, and appearance between the sample and the actual product, and by the ordering products from us, customers acknowledge and accept this possibility.
Payment
We offer several possible payment methods.
The most secure and the form of payment we recommend to all customers is to pay with a payment card.

Online payment by card
When paying with an electronic payment card, the amount is only deducted when the goods have been sent.
Payment is made via a secure and encrypted SSL (Secure Socket Layer) connection. This means that your card details cannot be read by outsiders.
When you shop with a debit card, we reserve the right to verify that the personal information provided is true.
We can write down the amount paid at any time – if e.g. a product is sold out, or not wanted anyway. However, for security reasons, we can NEVER increase the approved amount.
Delivery Time
We have all displayed items in stock and aim ship your order within 48 hours thus having 3-5 days delivery.
We always send orders in incoming order. At sales, marketing events or the like, there may therefore be a longer delivery time. This will be stated on the page.
Shipping Costs
Our shipping price is based on weight, the exact delivery charge will be displayed during checkout. A Tracking number will always be sent if one is available, so it is possible to follow the order from our warehouse to the agreed delivery place.
The delivery driver will only deliver the goods to the front door of the building, on the ground floor, unless otherwise pre-arranged and may have an additional charge depending on the access and manpower required.
Return and right of withdrawal
When you shop at woodupp.co.uk, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal, where you can let us know that you regret the purchase and then return the item to us.
The right of withdrawal runs from the day you received the item. If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve, the deadline is extended to the next working day.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must, by a clear statement by email, notify us within 14 days of receipt of the item.
Upon receipt, you may only handle the goods in a way that allows you to determine the nature of the goods, their properties and the way in which they work.
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the item, which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the item’s nature, properties and the way it works. In other words – the item can be tried in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.
If the item has been tried in addition to what is described above, we consider it “used”, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you can only get a small part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item’s commercial value. We consider used goods to have no market value.
In the case of a pure returned item / exchange item, the cost of the return will accrue to you – we pay in return for the newly exchanged item to be sent to you again, if the goods are faulty or damaged.
You bear the risk for the item from the delivery of the item, and upon return, you are responsible for the item being packed properly.
You can not regret by simply refusing to receive the item without at the same time giving us clear notice of this.

Note! We do not accept packages sent by post. cash on delivery. All deliveries need to be prearranged by contraction pm@woodupp.co.uk prior to delivery or they risk being refused.
Once the goods have been returned to us in accordance with our return policy, a refund will be processed. However, please note that the refund amount will be reduced by the cost of delivery or collection, where applicable.

Complaint
Of course, a 24-month right of complaint is granted in accordance with the Purchase Act. Which means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.
Damage to the item as a result of incorrect handling by the customer is not covered by the right of complaint. Complaint regarding. Defective situation must be reported to WoodUpp within a reasonable time after receipt.
Here, max. 14 days as a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed.
If the complaint is justified, we will of course refund your (reasonable) shipping costs.
