If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to notify us that you'd like to make a return. Once you've notified us, you'll have a further 30 days to send the goods back to us.

60-Day Return Policy
If you change your mind about your purchase, we've made returns simple. You have 30 days from receiving your order to let us know that you'd like to return your items. After notifying us, you'll have an additional 30 days to return the goods.
This extended return period goes beyond the standard 14-day cancellation period, giving you extra time and flexibility. In addition, all products are covered by our 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects and faults.
To be eligible for a return, products must be returned in a resalable condition unless they are being returned due to a manufacturing defect or fault.

Easy Returns
Returning your purchase is straightforward. Simply contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order and provide your order number along with confirmation that you'd like to make a return. Once your return request has been approved, you'll have a further 30 days to return the goods to us.
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and all returned items should be packaged securely to avoid damage during transit.
If your return relates to a manufacturing defect, fault, or an issue covered under warranty, WoodUpp will cover any applicable shipping costs and work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Special Considerations
Custom-made or bespoke items manufactured to your specific requirements are exempt from our returns policy and cannot be returned unless faulty.
Products that have been altered or modified by the customer are also ineligible for return. This includes cutting or trimming panels, shortening LED strips, or making any other changes to the product's original condition.
This does not affect your rights in relation to faulty or defective products.
